2tablespoonshoney – The key to that sweetcaramelized glaze.
2garlic clovesminced – Because garlic makes everything better.
Salt and pepper – Just a pinch for balance.
Fresh parsleyoptional – For a pop of color and a hint of freshness.
Instructions
Step 1: Prep Your Carrots
Start by giving those carrots a good wash. If you’re using whole carrots, peel them and cut them into sticks. Feeling lazy? Baby carrots to the rescue—no peeling required!
Step 2: Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, and a little salt and pepper. The smell of this mixture alone will make you want to dip everything in it.
Step 3: Toss and Roast
Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet and pour the glaze over them. Toss until they’re well-coated, then arrange them in a single layer. Pop them in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) and roast for 20-25 minutes. Make sure to flip them halfway through for even caramelization.
