Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of carrots – Peeled and cut into sticks. Baby carrots work too!
  • 2 tablespoons butter – Melted and ready to coat those carrots.
  • 2 tablespoons honey – The key to that sweet caramelized glaze.
  • 2 garlic cloves minced – Because garlic makes everything better.
  • Salt and pepper – Just a pinch for balance.
  • Fresh parsley optional – For a pop of color and a hint of freshness.

Step 1: Prep Your Carrots

  • Start by giving those carrots a good wash. If you’re using whole carrots, peel them and cut them into sticks. Feeling lazy? Baby carrots to the rescue—no peeling required!

Step 2: Make the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, and a little salt and pepper. The smell of this mixture alone will make you want to dip everything in it.

Step 3: Toss and Roast

  • Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet and pour the glaze over them. Toss until they’re well-coated, then arrange them in a single layer. Pop them in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) and roast for 20-25 minutes. Make sure to flip them halfway through for even caramelization.
