Now comes the fun part! Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and grab a baking dish – a 9x13-inch one works perfectly.
Start by spreading a little bit of the garlic butter sauce on the bottom of the baking dish to prevent the noodles from sticking. Then, layer your lasagna as follows:
First, add a layer of lasagna noodles.
Next, spread a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture (combine ricotta with some salt and pepper, and a little mozzarella if you like).
Add half of the shrimp on top of the ricotta.
Pour about a third of the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp.
Repeat with another layer of noodles, ricotta, shrimp, and sauce.
Top with a final layer of noodles, and pour the remaining garlic butter sauce on top. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
