Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Now comes the fun part: layering the lasagna!
Spread a little bit of the sauce at the bottom of your baking dish to prevent sticking.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Add a layer of the seafood mixture, then top with a layer of ricotta cheese and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan.
Repeat the layers until you’ve used all your ingredients, finishing with a generous layer of mozzarella on top.
Make sure to finish with the cheese so it gets all melty and golden brown in the oven.
