Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it’s well combined. This mixture is the heart of your wraps and where all the amazing flavors come together.
  • Quick tip: If your cream cheese isn’t soft enough to mix easily, pop it in the microwave for about 10 seconds. It’ll save you a lot of arm work!

Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay out your tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, spreading it out slightly but leaving enough room to fold. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. Don’t worry if it’s not perfectly rolled – it’ll still taste amazing.

Step 3: Cook the Wraps

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining wraps, adding more butter as needed.
