Start by seasoning your chicken. I like to keep it simple with garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. You can also add a little paprika or Italian seasoning if you like extra flavor. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook the chicken until it’s golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken). Once it's cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside to rest for a few minutes.
