Once the oil’s hot, place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook them for about 6-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. You want the outside to be golden brown and crispy, while the inside stays juicy and tender.
A quick tip here: if your chicken breasts are particularly thick, you can butterfly them or slice them in half horizontally to make them cook faster and more evenly.
